Caps the fee that common interest community associations (HOAs) can charge for retrieving and copying association records at $375

Allows an additional rush fee of up to $100 when records are requested within 72 hours

Requires associations to provide an itemized statement detailing the basis for any fees charged

Beginning one year after the act takes effect, the $375 fee cap will be annually adjusted based on changes to the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U)
