Increases the maximum number of farm truck registrations an owner may obtain from 5 to 8 vehicles

Allows 2 of the 8 farm truck registrations to exceed 77,001 pounds under the farm truck registration provisions at a fee of $1,590 per vehicle

Requires the remaining 6 farm truck registrations exceeding 77,001 pounds to be registered under flat weight tax provisions at a fee of $2,890 per vehicle

Removes the previous restriction that limited owners to only 2 vehicles exceeding 59,500 gross weight pounds out of their 5 allowed registrations
