Prohibits owners and operators of family amusement establishments from facilitating wagering on amusement devices or advertising that promotes such wagering

Defines "amusement device" as coin-operated games of skill, chance, or combination thereof, excluding devices certified by the Illinois Gaming Board for licensed operators

Exempts certain activities including crane games with prizes under $25 wholesale value, redemption machines with skill-based gameplay and merchandise prizes, vending machines, and bona fide skill contests with fixed entry fees

Adds violation of the Family Amusement Wagering Prohibition Act as a gambling offense under the Criminal Code, punishable as a Class A misdemeanor for first offense and Class 4 felony for subsequent convictions

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
