Allows Police Officers' Pension Investment Fund board committee meetings to be conducted by audio or video conference without a physical quorum present when the chairperson determines in-person meetings would pose health or safety risks to board members or the public

Requires at least one board member, legal counsel, or administrative officer to be physically present at the meeting location, with all other members verified and able to hear discussion and testimony

Mandates 48 hours' notice for virtual meetings (except in emergencies), including access information such as telephone numbers, web links, and passcodes, along with instructions for public comment

Requires all votes to be conducted by roll call with each member's vote identified and recorded, and mandates verbatim audio or video recordings of all open meetings be made available to the public

Places all costs associated with virtual meeting compliance on the board
