Establishes minimum hourly wages for school district educational support employees: $20/hour for 2026-2027, $21/hour for 2027-2028, and $22/hour for 2028-2029 school years

After 2028-2029, minimum hourly rate will increase annually based on the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers published by the U.S. Department of Labor

Covered employees include custodial workers, transportation employees, food service providers, classroom assistants, administrative staff, and paraprofessional educators

Employer contributions made on behalf of employees to the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund count toward meeting the minimum salary requirement

Applies to employees of school districts and joint agreements who provide educational support services
