Amends the Illinois Sports Facilities Authority Act to expand the definition of "facility" to explicitly include venues for "all professional sports" in addition to the previously listed baseball, football, and automobile racing

Adds a new Section 9.5 prohibiting unlawful discrimination by Authority employees or agents with respect to programs or activities at facilities funded under the Act, including those supported by bonds

Discrimination protections are defined by reference to the Illinois Human Rights Act

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
