Prohibits the use or creation of automated software ("bots") to purchase event tickets exceeding posted limits, use multiple IP addresses/accounts/emails to bypass purchase limits, or circumvent electronic queues and sales volume limitation systems

Defines covered events as concerts, theatrical performances, sporting events, exhibitions, and shows open to the public that require admission fees

Requires venue owners, operators, and ticket sales agents to report known bot violations to the Attorney General within 30 days of discovery

Authorizes the Attorney General to investigate violations, seek injunctive relief, and pursue restitution against violators

Imposes civil penalties of up to $10,000 per ticket transaction for knowing violations, and up to $100,000 for violating court orders or injunctions issued under the Act
