Requires the State Board of Education to create and post a public online form by July 1, 2026 for organizations to submit externship, internship, and volunteer opportunities for high school students related to career and technical education pathways

State Board of Education must review and approve submitted opportunities, then publish an approved list on its website and share it with all school districts annually

Beginning July 1, 2027 and each year thereafter, the State Board must publish an annual report on its website with the total number of organizations that submitted opportunities the previous year

Annual reports must be disaggregated by career areas for each opportunity submitted
