Amends the Fluorspar Mines Act to require the Department of Natural Resources to create and maintain an online underground mine workings portal by July 1, 2026

The portal must be accessible to the general public at no cost

All maps of underground mine workings filed with the Department of Natural Resources must be available through the portal

Users must be able to search for underground mine workings maps by entering a street address

Existing law requires mine operators to file and annually update accurate maps showing all excavations, abandoned areas, and underground workings with the Department
