Requires the Hospice and Palliative Care Advisory Board to submit a report to the General Assembly by December 31, 2026 on the state of care for individuals with serious or life-limiting illnesses and their family caregivers

Report must include data on the availability of and need for hospice and palliative care services throughout Illinois

Report must contain data demonstrating the relative value of non-hospice adult palliative care to Illinois and its residents

Report must provide evidence-based recommendations for educating health care professionals and the public about non-hospice palliative care

Report must include recommendations for establishing state standards for adult palliative care
