Amends the Illinois Open Meetings Act regarding how public bodies must notify the public of changes to regular meeting dates

Eliminates the requirement to publish notice of meeting date changes in a newspaper of general circulation

Removes the alternative provision allowing governmental units with populations under 500 (where no newspaper is published) to post notice in at least 3 prominent places within the governmental unit

Adds a new requirement that notice of changes to regular meeting dates must be posted on the public body's website

Maintains existing requirements for 10 days' advance notice, posting at the principal office or meeting location, and supplying notice to news media that have filed annual requests
