Amends the Probate Act of 1975 to allow petitioners, cross-petitioners, or respondents in guardianship proceedings to request one substitution of a guardian ad litem without cause as a matter of right

The substitution motion can be made orally or in writing and must be granted if filed before the guardian ad litem files an appearance or at the first court appearance after appointment, whichever is later

Applies to adult disability guardianship cases where courts appoint guardians ad litem to report on the respondent's best interests
