Amends Illinois Good Samaritan Act to provide civil immunity for not-for-profit corporations organized to assist veterans when they request, sponsor, or participate in suicide prevention interventions at the scene of a threatened veteran suicide

Extends civil immunity to individuals who provide suicide prevention interventions without compensation when acting at the request of a veteran not-for-profit corporation

Immunity does not apply if the act or omission was not in good faith or resulted from gross negligence or willful misconduct

Defines "not-for-profit corporation" according to Section 101.80 of the General Not For Profit Corporation Act of 1986
