Amends the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act to add a new Section 2HHHH regarding credit reporting and expunged/sealed records

Makes it an unlawful practice for consumer reporting agencies to include adverse information in consumer or credit reports that has been expunged or sealed by a court

Applies to information the consumer reporting agency knows or should know was expunged or sealed by a court of competent jurisdiction

Uses federal definitions from 15 U.S.C. 1681a for "consumer report," "credit report," and "consumer reporting agency"
