Establishes a reduced $100 vehicle registration fee for veterans beginning with the 2026 registration year, applicable to passenger vehicles and second division vehicles weighing 8,000 pounds or less

Eligibility requires the vehicle owner to have an Illinois driver's license with a veteran's designation

Amends existing Section 3-806.7 of the Illinois Vehicle Code, which currently provides registration fee benefits for active duty military personnel

Veterans receiving the $100 reduced fee remain eligible for the full registration fee waiver available to those returning from combat missions
