Adds a mandatory 6-month license suspension for graduated driver's license holders convicted of violating passenger restrictions

Current law prohibits drivers under 18 with a graduated license from operating a vehicle with more than one passenger under age 20 during the first 12 months of holding the license (or until turning 18, whichever is sooner)

Exceptions to the passenger restriction remain in place for siblings, step-siblings, children, or stepchildren of the driver

Amends Section 6-107 of the Illinois Vehicle Code (625 ILCS 5/6-107)
