Requires all municipalities and counties in Illinois to report to the Capital Development Board a list of high-rise apartment buildings that lack sprinkler systems and were not required to have them when originally constructed

Initial reporting deadline is June 30, 2027, with updates required every 5 years thereafter

The Capital Development Board must create a publicly accessible electronic database with this information, including a link on its website

Database must include property identification number, number of floors, number of units, and total square footage for each non-sprinklered high-rise building

"High-rise apartment building" is defined by reference to the Apartment Fire Instruction Act, and "fire sprinkler system" is defined by reference to the Fire Sprinkler Contractor Licensing Act
