Requires the Illinois Board of Higher Education, working with the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity and Department of Employment Security, to develop an annual career and education guide specifically for postsecondary students with disabilities

Guide must catalog available resources at each Illinois institution of higher education, including disability career centers, career counseling, placement services, work-based learning options (internships, co-ops), and accommodations (note-takers, exam accommodations, accessible housing, specialty equipment)

Must provide career planning guidance on disclosing disabilities to prospective employers, negotiating workplace accommodations, workers' rights for employees with disabilities, and assistive technologies available in the workplace

Guide must be published on the websites of all three agencies and may be sold in physical form for a reasonable fee

First guide must be published by August 1, 2026, with annual updates each August 1 thereafter; act takes effect January 1, 2026
