Allows teachers to grieve remedial warning notices through their collective bargaining agreement to determine whether the school board had just cause in issuing the warning

Requires remedial warning notices to narrowly specify the nature of the alleged misconduct that needs to be remedied

Limits the effectiveness of any remedial warning notice to no longer than 4 years from the date of issuance

Requires school districts to use reasonable efforts to remove remedial warning notices from a teacher's personnel file after 4 years have elapsed, or sooner if agreed through the exclusive bargaining representative

Permits boards to assert that specific conduct in an original warning letter is part of an alleged pattern of behavior, but requires the original warning or subsequent action to be reasonably related to the specific conduct alleged
