Amends the Illinois Marriage and Dissolution of Marriage Act to add a new Section 108 allowing courts to seal divorce, legal separation, or marriage invalidity case files upon motion

Courts may order sealing if the action or portions of the file are found to be sufficiently without a basis in fact or law, lack jurisdiction, or when sealing serves the interests of justice and those interests outweigh the public's interest in access

Prohibits sealing any portion of court files related to orders of protection, including cases where any party or child of a party has been designated as a petitioner, respondent, or protected person

Protects child support enforcement by prohibiting any sealing that would interfere with child support payments, income withholding for support, or reporting of support orders
