Allows business advertising signs, including gas station signs, to be erected on both eastbound and westbound lanes of Interstate 90 before Exit 25 (Genoa Road)

Amends the Highway Advertising Control Act of 1971 by adding a new Section 4.09 creating this specific exception for I-90 signage

Exempts these new I-90 business signs from the general prohibition on signs adjacent to scenic byways that are primary or Interstate highways
