Expands the definition of "image" under Illinois' non-consensual dissemination of private sexual images law (commonly called "revenge porn") to explicitly include computer-generated images and videos, whether made, produced, or altered by electronic, mechanical, or other means

Amends the Criminal Code of 2012 (720 ILCS 5/11-23.5) to cover AI-generated or digitally manipulated intimate content, such as deepfakes, under existing criminal penalties

Updates the Removal of Private Compromising Images Act (735 ILCS 115/5) with the same expanded definition, allowing victims of computer-generated intimate imagery to seek civil remedies for removal

Non-consensual dissemination of private sexual images remains a Class 4 felony under the amended statute
