Expands the definition of "physician" in the School Code's student athlete concussion and head injury provisions to include chiropractic physicians as defined in the Medical Practice Act of 1987

Authorizes chiropractic physicians licensed under the Medical Practice Act of 1987 to perform athletic physical examinations for students

Requires chiropractic physicians who conduct athletic physical examinations to sign all required report forms for those examinations

Makes conforming technical changes throughout the School Code, including updating "healthcare" to "health care" and "subdivision" to "paragraph" in relevant sections
