Expands the Illinois Law Enforcement Training Standards Board from 18 to 20 members

Adds 2 new members who must be active members of a statewide lodge representing law enforcement, appointed by the Governor

Initial appointments for the 2 new members will be staggered: one appointed for 2 years and one for 3 years, beginning the first Monday in August after the Act's effective date

Subsequent terms for these positions will follow the standard 3-year term length with successors appointed accordingly
