Prohibits persons licensed under the Animal Welfare Act from importing dogs into Illinois if they know or have reason to know the dog is under 8 weeks old

Requires licensees to inquire about a dog's age before importing it into the state

Amends the Animal Welfare Act by adding new Section 18.5 specifically addressing age limits on dog importation

Applies only to licensed animal dealers, not to general public or unlicensed individuals
