IL HB3064

Revives civil claims for physical, psychological, or other injuries resulting from sex offenses (under Article 11 of the Criminal Code of 2012) or incest that were previously barred because the statute of limitations had expired

Creates a one-year filing window for revived claims, beginning 6 months after the effective date and ending 18 months after the effective date of the act

Applies to claims against any party for intentional or negligent acts or omissions related to qualifying sex offenses

Prohibits courts from dismissing revived actions based on prior dismissals that were ordered because the original case was time-barred

Amends the Code of Civil Procedure by adding Section 13-202.4, titled "Adult and child sex offense revival"
