Adds a new requirement for driver training instructor license applicants to have held a valid driver's license for at least 2 years prior to applying, including temporary visitor's driver's licenses issued under Section 6-105.1

Requires driver training instructor applicants to be currently authorized to work in the United States

Amends Section 6-411 of the Illinois Vehicle Code regarding qualifications for driver training instructors

Existing requirements remain in place, including fingerprint-based background checks, passing examinations on traffic laws and safe driving practices, physical fitness, holding a valid Illinois driver's license, high school graduation, and payment of a $70 application fee
