Expands the definition of "judicial officer" under the Judicial Privacy Act to include administrative law judges as defined in the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act

Administrative law judges will now receive the same privacy protections as federal and state court judges, including protection of personal information from public disclosure

Protected personal information includes home addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, social security numbers, financial account numbers, marital status, and identities of minor children

Allows administrative law judges or their employer representatives to submit written requests to government agencies, businesses, or individuals to remove or refrain from publicly posting their personal information

Applies protections to actively employed, former, and deceased administrative law judges and their immediate family members
