State's Attorneys must notify the Illinois Law Enforcement Training Standards Board when an officer is found to be uncredible for presenting sworn testimony

The Board must record in its Officer Professional Conduct Database whether an officer has been reported by a State's Attorney as uncredible for testimony purposes

The database tracking officer credibility determinations is accessible to State's Attorneys, the Attorney General, and law enforcement agency administrators for Brady/Giglio disclosure compliance and hiring decisions

The bill takes effect immediately upon becoming law
