Amends the Digital Voice and Likeness Protection Act to limit unenforceability of digital replica agreements to new performances fixed on or after January 1, 2026

Contract provisions allowing use of a digital replica of a person's voice or likeness remain unenforceable only if they lack a reasonably specific description of intended uses AND the individual was not represented by legal counsel or a labor union with applicable collective bargaining coverage

Clarifies that agreements are not rendered unenforceable when digital replica uses are consistent with the original contract terms and the fundamental character of the recorded photography or soundtrack

Preserves other contract provisions and exclusivity grants that are unrelated to the specific digital replica provisions addressed by the Act

Takes effect January 1, 2026
