Amends the Real Estate License Act of 2000 to require disclosure of homeowner's association (HOA) fee information when advertising residential real estate that belongs to an HOA

Advertisements must include information about both the nature and cost of HOA fees

HOA fee disclosure must appear in any Multiple Listing Service (MLS) used in the advertising

Applies to all forms of advertising including print, internet, social media, and digital forums
