Requires school boards in districts with grades 9-12 to mandate heart screenings for all students who are at least 16 years old

Students who receive their first heart screening at age 16 must receive a second heart screening at age 18

Applies to both regular school districts and Chicago Public Schools (amends both Section 10-20.88 and Section 34-18.88 of the School Code)

State Mandates Act may require reimbursement to school districts for implementation costs
