Amends the Probate Act of 1975 to increase the jurisdictional threshold for summary administration of estates from $100,000 to $500,000

Raises the maximum gross value of a decedent's personal estate eligible for the small estate affidavit procedure from $100,000 to $500,000

Summary administration allows estates to be distributed without appointing a formal estate representative when all heirs consent and certain conditions are met (no unpaid claims, no taxes due)

Small estate affidavits allow financial institutions to release a decedent's assets to heirs without formal probate proceedings when the estate value falls below the threshold

Changes would allow more estates to avoid full probate proceedings, reducing costs and delays for families handling deceased relatives' affairs
