Amends the Line of Duty Compensation Act to include animal control officers and animal wardens as eligible for death benefits when killed in the line of duty

Defines "animal control officer" or "animal warden" as an employee of a State or local governmental entity appointed to enforce animal regulation statutes and protect public health and safety

Extends the same compensation structure to animal control personnel that currently applies to law enforcement officers, firefighters, paramedics, civil defense workers, civil air patrol members, chaplains, and State employees

Death benefits are payable if death occurs within one year of an injury received during active duty performance, arising from violence or accidental cause, excluding deaths from willful misconduct or intoxication

Claims must be filed within 2 years of the date of death, with compensation paid to designated beneficiaries or according to statutory distribution rules if no beneficiary is designated
