Renames "workplace preparation course" to "workplace experience course" in the School Code for grades 9-12

Requires school districts offering workplace experience courses (including school-facilitated employment or internships) to provide instruction on workplace legal protections to participating students

Mandates instruction covering discrimination protections based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or protected veteran status

Requires instruction on protections against sexual harassment and discrimination, including pay disparities, lack of institutional support or resources, and exclusion from executive or leadership positions

School boards retain authority to determine the minimum amount of instruction time that qualifies as a unit of instruction
