Amends the Public Safety Employee Benefits Act to remove the remarriage restriction on health insurance benefits for surviving spouses of public safety employees killed in the line of duty

Currently, employers must pay the entire health insurance premium for surviving spouses only until they remarry; this change would require continued coverage regardless of remarriage status

Applies to surviving spouses of full-time law enforcement officers, correctional officers, correctional probation officers, and firefighters who suffer catastrophic injury or are killed in the line of duty

Dependent children remain covered until age of majority or until end of the calendar year they turn 25 if they remain dependent for support or are students
