Extends the required public notice period for township political party caucuses from 10 days to 20 days before the caucus is held

Requires township clerks to notify township central committee chairpersons of their reporting obligations at least 45 days before the caucus, increased from 30 days

Requires township central committee chairpersons to notify the township clerk of their party's caucus time and location at least 30 days before the caucus, increased from 20 days

Maintains existing provisions that if caucus times/locations conflict, the township clerk resolves conflicts through a public lottery

Retains penalty that political parties failing to meet these requirements cannot nominate candidates for the upcoming consolidated election
