Expands the Community Behavioral Health Care Professional Loan Repayment Program to include licensed occupational therapists and licensed occupational therapy assistants as eligible recipients

Qualified occupational therapists and occupational therapy assistants would receive $15,000 per year in loan repayment grants, for a maximum of 4 years

The Illinois Student Assistance Commission administers the grants, which recipients are encouraged to apply toward educational loan payments

At least 30% of program funding each fiscal year must be reserved for minority applicants (African American/Black, Hispanic/Latinx, Asian, or Native American); unreserved minority funds may be redistributed after January 1 if insufficient qualified minority applications are received
