Amends the Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA) to exempt entities using vehicle safety technology from the Act's requirements

Defines "vehicle safety technology" as systems that use images from inside or outside a vehicle to predict safety-related events, which may temporarily collect biometric identifiers

Defines "vehicle safety purpose" as promoting driver, occupant, and roadway safety, including alerts for distraction, fatigue, seatbelt use, pedestrian detection, and vehicle occupant detection

Requires that biometric identifiers collected through vehicle safety technology not be retained longer than reasonably necessary and not be used to identify individuals to qualify for the exemption
