Amends the Illinois Educational Labor Relations Act to require employers to provide a copy of employee information to the State labor organization (the statewide labor organization with which an exclusive representative is affiliated), in addition to the local exclusive representative

Employee information that must be shared includes name, job title, worksite location, home address, work and personal phone numbers, date of hire, work and personal email addresses, and identification number if available

Information must be provided within 10 calendar days from the beginning of every school term and every 30 calendar days thereafter, as well as within 10 calendar days of hiring a new bargaining unit employee

The bill takes effect immediately upon becoming law
