Revives civil claims for sex offenses and incest committed against victims who were 18 years of age or older that were previously barred due to expired statutes of limitations

Creates a 12-month filing window for revived claims, beginning 6 months after the effective date and ending 18 months after the effective date of the act

Covers claims alleging intentional or negligent acts causing physical, psychological, or other injuries resulting from conduct constituting sex offenses under Article 11 of the Criminal Code of 2012

Previous dismissals of cases on statute of limitations grounds cannot be used as a basis to dismiss newly filed revival actions under this provision

Amends the Code of Civil Procedure by adding Section 13-202.4 titled "Adult sex offense revival"
