Creates the Illiana Task Force consisting of 24 police officers appointed by the Director of the Illinois State Police to study ways to reduce firearm violence in local communities

Task Force members receive no compensation but are reimbursed for necessary expenses from General Assembly appropriations

Requires the Task Force to meet at least monthly and make legislative recommendations to the Governor and General Assembly

Mandates annual reports by December 31 each year and a final report 5 years after creation, with the Task Force dissolving 6 years after establishment

Act repeals on January 1, 2032 and takes effect immediately upon becoming law
