Extends the Expressway Camera Act from July 1, 2025 to July 1, 2028, allowing continued use of cameras along expressways and state highways in 24 specified Illinois counties

Adds trafficking in persons and involuntary servitude to the list of forcible felonies for which camera images may be used in law enforcement investigations

Expands the definition of forcible felony to include offenses defined under substantially similar federal or other state criminal laws, not just Illinois statutes

Exempts all automated license plate reader (ALPR) information collected by Illinois State Police from Freedom of Information Act disclosure requirements until July 1, 2028

Adds Lee, Ogle, and Whiteside counties to the expressway camera program coverage area and changes the annual reporting deadline from June 30th to August 1st
