Adds acupuncturists to the list of health care professionals authorized to provide telehealth services under the Illinois Telehealth Act

Defines "telemedicine" for acupuncture as services limited to modalities and consultations that do not involve needle insertion, delivered via technology or telecommunication methods

Requires the same standard of care for acupuncture patients whether seen in person or through telemedicine

Grants the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation authority to determine which acupuncture services may be provided via telemedicine, in consultation with the Acupuncture Board

Establishes enforcement mechanisms including cease and desist orders for unlicensed telemedicine practice, with a 7-day response period for alleged violators, and subjects out-of-state practitioners serving Illinois patients to state jurisdiction
