Expands the definition of "acupuncture" under the Acupuncture Practice Act to include ordering laboratory tests to check, track, evaluate, and monitor pain management effectiveness, herbal medicinal plans, dietary and exercise plans, and physician orders

Removes "physical therapy" from the list of practices explicitly excluded from the definition of acupuncture

Eliminates the restriction that prohibited acupuncturists from holding themselves out as qualified to provide physical therapy or physiotherapy services unless also licensed as physical therapists

Amends Section 10 of the Acupuncture Practice Act (225 ILCS 2/10), which is scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2028
