Amends the Nursing Home Care Act regarding required posting of staffing violation notices at nursing home facilities

Exempts facilities from posting staffing violation notices if they are at 90% or more of minimum staffing requirements before the posting deadline

Exempts facilities from posting staffing violation notices if they have corrected the minimum staffing deficiency before the posting deadline

Current law requires facilities violating minimum staffing requirements to post dated notices stating "This facility does not currently meet the minimum staffing ratios required by law" at all public entryways, main lobby, registration desk, and on the facility website
