Amends the Clinical Psychologist Licensing Act to allow applicants to take the required licensure examination upon graduation from their doctoral program, before completing their postdoctoral supervised experience

The change takes effect one year after the effective date of the amendatory act

Current requirements remain in place for all other qualifications, including completing 2 years of supervised experience (one internship year and one postdoctoral year) before receiving a license

Applicants still have 3 years from the date of application to complete the entire application process, or the application is denied and fees forfeited

Applicants must apply for a license within one year of passing the examination, or they must retake the exam unless licensed in another U.S. jurisdiction within that timeframe
