Plates available for passenger vehicles, motorcycles, autocycles, and second division motor vehicles weighing 8,000 pounds or less

Charges $40 fee for original issuance plus standard registration fees, with $27 renewal fee each registration period

Additional fees designated to cover production costs and fund technology and modernization updates

Allows retro plates to be issued as vanity or personalized plates under existing state law
