Amends Section 11-25 of the Criminal Code of 2012 to expand the definition of grooming

Adds "inappropriate in-person intimate behavior with a child" as a form of grooming, which may include isolating interactions, gift giving, or crossing physical boundaries

Applies to conduct involving children under 17 years of age

Grooming remains classified as a Class 4 felony under the amended statute
