Amends the Code of Criminal Procedure of 1963 regarding sanctions for violations of pretrial release conditions

Currently limits jail time as a sanction for pretrial release violations to a maximum of 30 days

Allows courts to impose jail sentences exceeding 30 days if the court finds, based on the totality of the circumstances, that a longer imprisonment period is reasonable

Gives judges greater discretion in determining appropriate sanctions for defendants who violate the terms of their pretrial release
